Our craptastic cinema's flyer caught my eye today at the post office, and when I looked at the program for this week I almost keeled over in surprise - they're showing Eastern Promises. In English with subtitles. o_O Guess they noticed the Oscar nominations! I may have to go see it again... :)

Watched Indian Runner earlier - still not an easy film to watch, but Viggo is great - and I had completely forgotten that Patricia Arquette is in it, hee!

And now I am watching my Sandokan DVDs, which arrived today - aaaaaaaah it's still as good as it was back in the late 70s/early 80s, when I saw it on TV! ( Cut to spare you my fangirly ramblings about the miniseries in general and Kabir Bedi in particular )

Idiot me (I don't think I can blame this one on the migraine) forgot to thank selmak for the virtual LJ gift in yesterday's post. Thank you my dear! *hugs* And "because it's kinky" - ha!
